The Builder’s Story:

Founded in Berks County in 1973, Berks Homes has built its name in the community by building more than 100 homes annually since 1979. The company incorporated in 1977, and later formed land development, real estate and title companies. In 2003, Berks Homes introduced a 5,000 square foot Selection Gallery where homebuyers enjoy the hands-on experience of personalizing colors, amenities and options for the interior and exterior of their new home.

Today, twenty Berks Homes communities in Eastern/Central Pennsylvania and Delaware appeal to a wide range of demographics including first-time, move-up, and active adult buyers. Attractive one and two-story single-family, duplex and townhome designs offer these buyers quality and value in a variety of sizes, architectural styles and price ranges. More than 40 models plus over 2,000 options with which to personalize them continue to make Berks Homes the builder of choice for new homebuyers.

Testimonials

This has been a long journey for me.  I started out with a different REALTOR and I was so frustrated.  One morning I was on the internet searching and a TeamPete agent followed up with me.  He was very patient, kind and understanding due to my frustration with the former real estate agency.  My TeamPete agent was there through COVID and to the end of my closing, always very reliable and dependable.  Thank you
Shree
