    In this role, you will…

    • Conduct business development activities to find and capture clients in your target markets
    • Implement the proven systems of TeamPete on a consistent daily basis to generate new business
    • Track your outreach efforts through our powerful client relationship management system
    • Respond and convert leads generated for you by TeamPete.com and company marketing activities
    • List/Sell Residential or Commercial Real Estate
    • Set appointments to show homes
    • Hold open houses for your listings or other company listings
    • Become an expert on local real estate market and stay informed on home values
    • Advise clients on the preparation of their home for the market, repairs, home improvement, staging and more
    • Negotiate offers for your clients representing their fiduciary interests
    • Draft home purchase and sale contracts
    • Ensure completion and input of required paperwork into transaction management system for contract to close staff to begin their work

    Job Requirements:
