Michelle Leo never gave up on us. We live out of state and have been trying to buy a home in PA. We met with her over a year ago and she never stopped sending us listings and we came close a couple of times. She helped with FaceTime walk throughs and photos and phone calls. Christine was our realtor through the process of both our new home purchase and the sale of our old home. I just wanted to take a moment to compliment Barb Conklin on the amazing work she did for us in purchasing our first home. I was referred to Barb by my sister and her husband, and I’m so happy with the experience. To summarize this review: Barb is FANTASTIC to work with! After several showings at numerous homes that didn’t suit our needs, we finally found an adorable home in Lebanon—obviously far from the Camp Hill area—and Barb had no qualms with traveling out to the house for two showings and numerous inspections. The purchasing process took 1 month, which spanned the week before Thanksgiving to the day before New Year’s Eve. Even with the holidays occurring over the course of that month, Barb remained extremely communicative and was always available to field any questions or concerns. Further, Barb always found time in her schedule to attend an inspection, even when she had a packed schedule. Additionally, in a few situations during our purchasing process, some pertinent information was omitted, so Barb went out of her way to conduct additional research to pull together the missing pieces; we appreciated this so much, as the process itself can be overly stressful without this additional lift. Throughout the entire process, Barb always went out of her way to ensure everything ran as smoothly as possible. Barb is truly knowledgeable on every aspect of the market and how to best navigate the entire process. She has a way of taking a complicated concept and simplifying it, always taking the time to explain every step. Barb also provided recommendations for some great, affordable inspectors, in addition to our mortgage lender—all of whom were amazing to work with. Finding a home—especially in this current market—is difficult enough; however, Barb makes this process understandable and seamless from showing to closing. If you’re looking for an agent that simplifies the process, eases your concerns, takes on the additional load, and exceeds your needs, Barb is your best bet!

Michelle Leo has been the best to work with for us. We only had a week back in Mechanicsburg in April to see a few things in person, but then she worked with us remotely as we were stationed overseas. We did virtual showings using facetime and she went out of her way to assist us and it is greatly appreciated! We found the perfect place for us and sealed the deal remotely from the other side of the planet!
